1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Fulton Electric Inc. (“Fulton Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, processes, stores, and protects information through Project HUB.
Project HUB is an internally developed business management application intended for authorized Fulton Electric personnel and approved users. It is not a publicly distributed consumer application.
This policy applies to information processed directly within Project HUB and information obtained through authorized integrations with third-party business services, including QuickBooks Online.
2. Information We Collect and Process
Depending on the application features enabled, Project HUB may process the following categories of information:
- Customer names, business names, and contact details.

Project HUB processes this information to support Fulton Electric’s legitimate business operations.
3. QuickBooks Online and Intuit Integration
When authorized by Fulton Electric, Project HUB may connect to QuickBooks Online and related Intuit services through Intuit’s official application programming interfaces (APIs).
Depending on the integration functionality enabled, Project HUB may access or synchronize:
- QuickBooks company information.
- Customer and contact records.
- Projects, jobs, and associated information.
- Customer invoices and payments.
- Credit memos and related transactions.
- Accounting and project financial records.
- Other business information necessary to support authorized Project HUB functionality.
Project HUB uses Intuit’s OAuth authorization process and does not collect or store users’ QuickBooks account passwords.
Authorization credentials may be retained as necessary to maintain an approved connection.
4. How We Use Information
Information collected or accessed through Project HUB may be used to:
- Manage customers and projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Synchronize authorized business records between connected systems.
- Track labor, materials, expenses, and project costs.
- Prepare, organize, and reconcile billing information.
- Monitor project activity and financial performance.
- Reduce duplicate data entry and administrative errors.
- Generate internal reports.
- Support authorized business workflows and recordkeeping requirements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application functionality.
Information obtained through Intuit integrations is used for authorized business purposes associated with Fulton Electric’s operations.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Project HUB is designed primarily for internal Fulton Electric use.
Information may be accessible to authorized personnel according to their assigned responsibilities.
Where necessary to provide application functionality, information may also be processed through authorized third-party services, including:
- Intuit QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Other business software, infrastructure, and service providers used by Fulton Electric.
Fulton Electric does not sell personal information or QuickBooks-connected business data obtained through Project HUB.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal obligation.
6. Data Storage and Security
Project HUB may retain business information in Fulton Electric-controlled databases, local application storage, and authorized cloud services.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss.
Integration credentials are handled separately from ordinary business records where technically appropriate.
Access to sensitive business information is restricted to authorized personnel and application functions.
Although reasonable protective measures are used, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Project HUB may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to support:
- Active and historical project management.
- Accounting and financial recordkeeping.
- Contractual and legal obligations.
- Business reporting.
- Operational continuity.
- Audit and reconciliation requirements.
Retention periods may vary according to the category of information and applicable requirements.
8. Disconnecting QuickBooks Online
An authorized user may disconnect Project HUB from QuickBooks Online.
Disconnecting the integration removes Project HUB’s stored authorization for future QuickBooks API access, subject to the applicable Intuit authorization and revocation processes.
Business records previously synchronized into Project HUB may remain stored where necessary for legitimate accounting, operational, legal, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
Disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically delete records maintained independently within Project HUB or QuickBooks Online.
9. Employee and Internal Business Information
Project HUB may process employee-related information for authorized administrative purposes, including project assignments, timekeeping, labor costing, and related operational activities.
Access to employee-related information is limited according to applicable business responsibilities and authorization.
10. Third-Party Services
Project HUB may integrate with external systems governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
Fulton Electric does not control the independent data-handling practices of third-party service providers.
Users should consult the applicable provider policies for information concerning those services.
11. Children’s Privacy
Project HUB is intended for business use and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly operate Project HUB as a service for collecting personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Fulton Electric may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in application functionality, business practices, third-party integrations, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be made available at this webpage, with its effective date updated accordingly.
