Project HUB
Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Project HUB, an internal business management application developed and operated by Fulton Electric Inc. (“Fulton Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Project HUB is intended exclusively for authorized Fulton Electric personnel and other individuals expressly granted access by Fulton Electric. It is not offered as a publicly available or commercially distributed software product.
By accessing or using Project HUB, authorized users agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
2. Purpose of the Application
Project HUB is designed to support the internal business operations of Fulton Electric, including:
- Customer and project management.
- Project documentation and administration.
- Estimating, contracts, and change orders.
- Labor, time, and employee-related workflows.
- Material purchasing and project cost tracking.
- Invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
- Financial reporting and project performance monitoring.
- Integration with authorized third-party business applications.
Available functionality may change as Project HUB continues to be developed.
3. Authorized Access and Use
Access to Project HUB is restricted to individuals authorized by Fulton Electric.
Users agree to:
- Use the application only for legitimate business purposes.
- Protect their account credentials and access permissions.
- Access only information relevant to their assigned responsibilities.
- Refrain from unauthorized modification, distribution, or disclosure of business information.
- Report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents to Fulton Electric management.
Fulton Electric reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion.
4. QuickBooks Online Integration
Project HUB integrates, or may integrate, with QuickBooks Online and other Intuit services through authorized API connections.
When enabled, these integrations may allow Project HUB to access, synchronize, create, or update authorized business information, including:
- Company and customer records.
- Projects and job information.
- Customer contact and address information.
- Invoices, payments, and credit transactions.
- Accounting and project financial information.
- Other business records necessary for enabled application functionality.
QuickBooks Online connections require authorization through Intuit’s authentication process.
Project HUB does not require users to provide their QuickBooks account passwords directly to the application.
Financial and accounting information maintained within QuickBooks Online remains subject to the applicable Intuit service terms.
5. Third-Party Services
Project HUB may communicate with authorized third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other business services.
Use of these integrations may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, service limitations, and availability requirements established by their respective providers.
Fulton Electric is not responsible for interruptions, service changes, or technical failures originating from third-party platforms.
6. Business Information and Records
Project HUB may collect, process, store, organize, and synchronize business information necessary for Fulton Electric operations.
Authorized users are responsible for reviewing information where appropriate, particularly when it concerns accounting transactions, contracts, payroll-related information, regulatory compliance, or other consequential business decisions.
Project HUB is intended to support internal business administration and does not replace professional accounting, legal, or regulatory review where required.
7. Data Security and Confidentiality
Users must maintain the confidentiality of business information accessed through Project HUB.
Fulton Electric employs reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect application access, integration credentials, and stored business records.
Users must not knowingly disclose confidential customer, employee, project, or financial information to unauthorized parties.
8. Application Availability and Modifications
Project HUB is an internally developed application and may undergo periodic development, maintenance, updates, or operational changes.
Fulton Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict application functionality at any time.
Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property
Project HUB, including its application design, software, internal workflows, documentation, and related materials, is owned or controlled by Fulton Electric Inc., except where third-party rights apply.
All third-party trademarks, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Termination
Authorization to access Project HUB may be revoked when an individual’s employment, contractual relationship, business responsibilities, or access requirements change.
Termination of application access does not automatically require deletion of associated business records, which may be retained in accordance with applicable recordkeeping obligations and Fulton Electric’s Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fulton Electric provides Project HUB for internal business operations without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or continuous operation of third-party integrations.
Users are expected to exercise reasonable judgment when reviewing business information and performing authorized actions within the application.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
Fulton Electric may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes in application functionality, business operations, applicable regulations, or third-party integration requirements.
The current version will be made available at this webpage.
